In 2020, we promoted training programs for SMEs, adopted sustainable business practices, and supported social projects for local development in collaboration with the Legambiente “Antonietta Belletti” Circle in Porto Sant’Elpidio (FM).
Nel 2021 abbiamo rafforzato il nostro impegno come Società Benefit, sostenendo la crescita di futuri manager attraverso l’affiancamento e continuando la collaborazione con il Circolo Legambiente “Antonietta Belletti” di Porto Sant’Elpidio (FM).
In 2022, we broadened our local impact by renewing our partnership with the Legambiente section of Porto Sant’Elpidio through the crowdfunding initiative “Trees for the Amazon!”. We also kept supporting young talents by providing free co-working spaces and fostering a team culture grounded in mutual help and collaboration.
In 2023, we strengthened the social impact of our work by building new partnerships with universities and supporting the Hellenic Institute for Cultural Diplomacy (IEDC). We also assisted the OrchiDee ETS association with its digital communication channels and proposed a podcast project dedicated to breast cancer prevention.
In 2024, we strengthened our commitment to social impact by promoting the development of digital skills among SMEs in the Marche region. 70% of participants applied at least one concept learned in their daily work, and 85% expressed a high level of satisfaction with the training courses. We successfully completed: – ARON Project: distribution of questionnaires to network physicians to further improve the project and strengthen international collaboration in uro-oncology; – Buddy Hero: continued engagement with hospitals to launch trials of the 3D headset in pediatric settings, enhancing children’s hospital experiences; – Le Orchidee ETS: continued digital support and assistance for the association.
Benefit Corporations are legally required to assess their decisions not only through financial performance, but also by considering their impact on employees, local communities, and the environment.
Every year, they publish an impact report that measures results using transparent and objective criteria, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
For us, being a Benefit Corporation means having a well-defined purpose. We strive to create value that goes beyond profit — generating positive social and environmental impact through everything we do each day.
